Yes! It's all online. During your onboarding we'll arrange the method of communication and times that work best – it could be Zoom, messages via WhatsApp or Slack, or a FaceTime call.
How long is the mentorship
How long is the mentorship
It's 9 months. Depending on your the time and energy you're able to put into the mentorship, some people may finish it in 6 months, others may take 12 months.

The mentorship follows a guided program of learning which is tailored to you. It requires you to do the work to get the most out of what you learn.
At each stage there will be tasks, activities, and projects for you to complete. Some will be simple and quick, others will be more in depth. You may already have some of the things completed, others you might need to start from scratch. They may include written tasks, design-based tasks, creating exercises for your classes or trying out exercises I give to you, recording videos, or collating your content into systems.
Throughout the mentorship, you'll submit your 'homework' for me to review and I'll give you feedback.
This 'homework' is all about nailing down your branding, program offering, class content, and systems so that by the end of the mentorship you have a fully-developed early childhood dance program.

You'll get access to class content, resources, and templates you can adapt to suit your business. You might have a super clear vision for your program, or we'll work together to refine it, but ultimately this is about developing a fully customised program that's true to you.
When you submit your homework, I'll give you feedback on what you're working on and where it could be tweaked. Feedback could include:
- giving you an exercise or creative movement activity that would work brilliantly with the theme you're working on,
- helping you with an excel template or Canva design to make your curriculum documents pop.
- suggestions and edits on your website or marketing copy
- templates and examples for info packs and onboarding sequences
I'll give you the guidance and tools that'll help you build an amazing preschool dance program.
Is this a 1:1 or a group program?

The mentorship is predominately 1:1, but we'll have group chat and occasional group meetings. There's something powerful when you connect and work alongside others who are focused on a similar goal.
Is this only for early childhood dance?
Is this only for early childhood dance?
Yes, the focus is on early childhood (~3-6yr olds) but the learning can be extended to other age groups (e.g. toddler programs, 7yrs+). To maintain focus, limit distractions, and improve outcomes, all homework submitted for review will centre on particular ages/levels to be decided through your onboarding and initial tasks. Any extra work you do for other levels is a bonus to yourself and your business!
